Manuela is an Investment 20/20 Trainee at Barings in the Compliance department. Prior to this she studied BTEC Business Level 3 Finance at Westminster Kingsway College, as well as a part-time job in the retail industry. During her time at college, Manuela participated in the Think Investments Programme by Investment20/20 which took her through a programme of learning, networking and development over a five month period. Manuela saw the various opportunities that were open to her and was very happy to secure her role at one of the participating Think Investments firms, Barings. Manuela grew up in Colombia and moved to London 3½ years ago and speaks Spanish fluently.
